When bella&fern is a part of your vendor lineup, this extra work is alleviated, and we will ensure every timeline consideration is met. We introduce ourselves to your other vendors and thoroughly go over their team’s needs, time stamps, and the best ways in which we can partner from their perspective to help facilitate our shared clients’ wedding days! Its all about team work and communication, two areas in which the bella&fern team excel greatly! Leading up to and on the day-of your celebration, we touch base with photography, DJ/band, catering, décor, rentals, etc and make all decisions together to ensure seamless transition and success.
What is the difference between bella&fern and a day-of coordination service? Don’t you also offer this option?
Every company has their niche. It is true that there are a lot of day-of coordinators out there. As with all things, vast differences can exist in their mode of operation versus the way we approach event coordination. We cannot speak entirely for these other companies nor their procedures. Day-of coordination for us begins as soon as we are retained for service and carries through the duration of your big day. Our team works alongside your vendor partners to build your timeline….so you don’t have to! We work closely with your photography and media teams to incorporate their shot lists, locations, comings and goings. We also make sure we have notes for their potential set-up needs, contractual requirements, payment schedules, and social media preferences. At bella&fern, we allieviate the stress you would otherwise incur- trying to work backwards from sunset for photos, budgeting buffer time in case family photos or travel goes long, and we have decades of experience building every type of timeline for most types of celebrations. Being so intimately involved in the agenda structure of your event allows us to show up equipped with everything one could need to execute the event experience of dreams.
